Shipping Policy

Shipping policy for the Seasonal Subscription Box:

The Seasonal Subscription Boxes ship free to most locations. There is an additional surcharge for Hawaii, Alaska,

and Canada. The Seasonal Subscription Box ships four times per year (2/20, 5/20, 8/20 and 11/20) and is shipped USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx Home Delivery depending on location. We are not responsible for delays due to supply chain issues and will do our best to keep our customers informed of such delays.

Shipping policy for Gift Boxes and other Shop Items:

All Gift Boxes and items sold separately in our online store will ship within 3 business days (Monday - Friday) of order placement unless specified or requested. Shipping starts at $9.99 for online store items.

We do our very best to process, carefully pack and ship all orders within 3 business days, unless noted. You will automatically receive an email with your tracking information when your order is shipped. Please note, packages may take longer to arrive due to variables outside our control. Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for any delays from our shipping providers. We will work with you to the best of our ability to help track down your package to ensure delivery.

Once your box is marked delivered, we release all responsibility.
